This project involved the complete interior and exterior fit-out of a three-story office building, transforming it into a modern workspace with private offices, co-working zones, shared amenities, and service areas. The scope covered full architectural, MEP, and interior works across all floors, including reception areas, kitchenettes, and bathrooms. The façade was entirely reworked to reflect a sleek, branded identity, while a landscaped rooftop social space was added to enhance employee well-being. The result is a high-performance, future-ready office environment that balances functionality, design, and user experience
